Jacob Harper graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in Leisure Service Management. Jacob has two decades of experience in the bar and restaurant industry. Jacob is co-owner/operator with a focus on building design and layout, bar operations, inventory, and vendor relations. Jacob now heads up Inner Circle leadership and oversees managers, training, and operations.
