Inner Circle Vodka Bar is looking for Security. Inner Circle is located in the downtown area and offers a full bar selection plus signature infused cocktails. The facility has large indoor and outdoor patio space and has a capacity of about 500. The role includes being a part of a team that is responsible for checking IDs, monitoring the crowd, and escorting out problem guests in a high volume/high-speed bar. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Consistently provide extraordinary service to all guests as security
- Be able to problem solve and handle issues quickly and correctly.
- Checking IDs at the door and spotting fakes and underage patrons
- As the first and last point of contact with customers greet them and see them exit in a friendly manner.
- De escalate situations with guests and escort out unruly guests.
- Works as a team to complete a daily and weekly detailed cleaning schedule at the end of the night to maintain equipment and the appearance of the bar.
- Follow all Missouri Liquor laws.
Qualifications:
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Be able to communicate respectfully and honestly with others, including all team members
- Have knowledge of the ID recognition and liquor laws.
- Be able to recognize the effects of alcohol on guests and respond accordingly
- Have the ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, up to 12 hours
