Inner Circle Vodka Bar is looking for a bartender/manager for our location in Springfield, Missouri. Inner Circle is located in the downtown area and offers a full bar selection plus our signature infused cocktails. The facility has large indoor and outdoor patio space and has a capacity of about 500. The role includes being a part of a management team that is responsible for operations, sales inventory, events, and promotions of a high volume/high-speed bar. Duties & Responsibilities:

Consistently provide extraordinary service to all guests as a bartender and hold the team to that same quality of service as the manager on duty.

Be able to problem solve and handle issues quickly and correctly.In-depth product knowledge to help the customers get the most out of our product.

Help with all aspects of the ordering process such as: Maintaining and updating order guides and POS menus, Communicating with Reps, and Distributors for ordering needs.

Work with Reps and Distributors on special events and promotions.

Conduct inventory procedures.

Administer & inspect a detailed cleaning schedule for bar staff to maintain equipment and the appearance of the bar.

Help ownership/leadership create a seasonal infusion menu quarterly.

Attend weekly manager meetings.

Be prepared with topics to discuss and complete the previous week’s assignments.

Bring solutions not just issues to the table to discuss.Follow all Missouri Liquor laws.

Assist in the hiring process of all team members.Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to ownership.

Qualifications:

Be 21 years of age or older.

Be able to communicate respectfully and honestly with others, including all team members.

Have leadership experience and skills to make constructive decisions.

Have knowledge of the service industry and experience in front of house operations.

Have a solid command of all products behind the bar and how they are utilized.

Be able to recognize the effects of alcohol on guests and respond accordingly.

Have POS experience and be able to do basic math calculations including basic money handling experience.

Have the ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, up to 12 hours
